We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • All original tags are attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • You have a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@itssinkers.co.uk. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

The item must still meet our standard return conditions (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
